Refund Policy

ComplyScan offers one-time GDPR compliance reports for $99 USD per report. Payment is processed by our Merchant of Record (Creem), which handles tax collection including EU VAT. Because reports are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, the product cannot be "returned" in a physical sense once the PDF has been downloaded. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

You are eligible for a full refund if: - The report failed to generate due to a technical error on our side. - You were charged but never received access to your report. - The delivered report is materially defective (e.g., empty, corrupted, or missing the sections it should contain). In these cases, contact us and we will issue a full refund or regenerate the report at your option.

Due to the immediately-accessible nature of the product, the following are not guaranteed refundable: - Change-of-mind requests after the PDF has been downloaded. - Reports that delivered successfully but whose findings you disagree with — ComplyScan is a screening tool, not legal advice, and the report reflects the state of the scanned website at the time of the scan. - Scans of websites you do not own or operate (see our Terms of Service). These are evaluated case-by-case, but are not guaranteed once the report has been accessed.

Email support@exitcomply.com with: - Your order number or the email used at checkout - The scan URL or scan ID - A brief reason for the refund request We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Creem. Download access is revoked upon refund.

Please contact us at support@exitcomply.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues — failed report generation, billing errors, or technical problems — can be resolved directly and faster than a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination.
